From Humble beginnings...
THINGS ALL STARTED WAY BACK IN 2005.
Mr Neil O'fee was the National Manager of the Kubota brand at C B Norwoods (Palmerston North), and was quite the salesman. Tractors big or small, he knew them all.
It turns out he was a bit of a genius too.
After noticing the lack of turnover (and growing stocks) on a certain 2WD Tractor model, he took out a piece of paper for a bit of brainstorming. This is where the genius kicked in; Why not create a mid-mount Grader blade to pop underneath.

And then it happened...
The first Neilo Grader was born. You could call it the great-great-great grandfather of our current Graders. Well, legend has it that in a short amount of time, Mr Neil had sold 5 of these new creations.
1979
Our founder, Mr Neil O'fee is employed by Farm Machinery supplier, C B Norwoods, as a salesperson.
1989
Neil is appointed as the nation-wide manager of all things Kubota at Norwoods.
2005
After 20 years service, Neil left C B Norwoods to start producing what started as a drawing on a sheet of paper; the Tractor Graders that you've come to know and love.
2006-2018
Neil continues to develop the brand and, importantly, the range to create the familiar silhouettes you see today.
2019
Neil O'fee sells Neil O'fee Equipment to the Hart family of Palmerston North, who had been running Neilo Tractors in their hire fleet (HireWays) for many years. This marks the beginning of the transformation to Neilo Equipment, the brand you now know and trust.
